Academics at KAA are centered around a curriculum of ambitious learning standards for all students Kindergarten through 12, establishing bilingual learning environments to develop and produce well-rounded educated citizens of the world.
- Students in the Elementary/Primary years are nurtured to establish inquiry based and conceptual learning skills and are encouraged to take responsibility for their early learning. King Abdullah Academy is a candidate school for the PYP.
- Students in the Middle Years Program (MYP), grades 6 through 10, are empowered and intellectually challenged to become active learners and internationally minded individuals who empathize with others and pursue lives of purpose and meaning.
- Students in the Diploma Program (DP), grades 11 - 12, are encouraged to develop into individuals who inquire into a wide range of topics and ideas drawing connections across academic disciplines. DP students are global problem solvers who explore the nature of knowledge through deep investigation, research, and reflection.
